Returns Policy – Agri Service Parts

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use or installation, unless they are faulty.

To Start a Return

Do not send items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns may be rejected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Items that have been used or installed
• Custom or special-order items (e.g. bespoke washer setups)
• Electrical components that have been connected or powered
• Any item marked "non-returnable" at the time of sale

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.

External Purchases Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any products purchased via third-party websites linked from our own. Issues with such orders must be resolved directly with the external seller.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order was delivered within the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the refund.
