ATAF Group Limited – Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

"Company" refers to ATAF Group Limited, including its trading divisions Agri Service Parts and Hygiene Laundry Solutions. The term “ATAF Group” may be used in branding or logos but always refers to ATAF Group Limited.
"Customer" refers to any person or entity purchasing goods or using services from the Company.
"Goods" means all items sold or supplied by the Company.
"Websites" refers to www.agriserviceparts.co.uk, www.hygienelaundrysolutions.co.uk, and www.atafgroup.co.uk.

2. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions conducted with the Company, whether in person, by phone, online, or via mail. By placing an order or accessing any of our websites, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Website Use & Online Services

By using our websites, you confirm you are of legal age or have parental consent.
You agree not to misuse the websites or engage in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.
Payment is due within 30 days from invoice unless otherwise agreed. Interest may be charged on overdue accounts at 3% above the base rate of Barclays Bank Plc.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery.
If delivery is refused or cannot be completed, we may charge for storage or re-delivery.

8. Risk and Title

Risk passes at delivery. Title remains with the Company until full payment is received.

9. Returns and Cancellations

Items that are faulty, incorrect, or damaged must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Unused items may be returned within 30 days in original condition. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.

10. Warranty Policy

Unless explicitly stated, we do not offer warranties.
Some products (e.g., new machinery) may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Claims must be made directly with the manufacturer.
B2B sales are not subject to consumer warranty rights unless agreed in writing.

11. B2B Sales Disclaimer

Sales to farms, workshops, contractors, and other commercial buyers are considered business-to-business (B2B) and are made on commercial terms. Consumer protections may not apply.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

We may offer third-party tools or links to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

13. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, text, and images on our sites remain the property of ATAF Group Limited or its licensors. You may not use them without written permission.
