Shipping policy

Shipping & Collection Policy

We do our best to keep all items in stock; however, some products may occasionally need to be ordered in. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order.

Deliveries are handled via trusted couriers including FedEx, DPD, APC, Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri, or other services depending on the size, weight, and destination. Delivery typically occurs within 5 working days after dispatch, but this may vary depending on the courier.

Product availability labels

Our product labels show when an item is available for dispatch, rather than when it will arrive with you. Delivery time is additional.

  • In Stock: Available for dispatch from stock. Some orders are dispatched directly from our supply partners.
  • Available Next Working Day: Usually available to us for dispatch the next working day after your order is placed, subject to supplier stock and order cut-off times. This does not mean next-day delivery.
  • Available in 2-5 Working Days: Usually available for dispatch within 2-5 working days. Delivery time is additional.
  • Special Order Item: Sourced to order. Please contact us to confirm the expected lead time.
  • Contact for Availability: Please contact us to confirm stock and lead time before ordering.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Collection is by prior appointment as explained below.

Shipping Charges

Free standard delivery on UK orders of £100 or more. This applies to all products with a standard delivery option, including mixed orders that arrive in separate parcels. The threshold is the value of goods after discounts, excluding delivery.

For orders below £100, postage depends on the items, their size and weight, and where they are dispatched from. Our normal parcel rate is £6.99; some products have their own delivery rates, and mixed orders may have combined charges. Your full delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Express delivery remains chargeable at all order values. Delivery times begin after dispatch and may differ between parcels. Where an item or destination has no online delivery option, please contact us for a quotation.

Tracking Your Order

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this information to follow the status of your delivery via the relevant courier's website. If you have not received tracking details within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact us at enquiries@agriserviceparts.co.uk.

Click & Collect – By Appointment Only

We do not operate a trade counter. Collections are offered strictly by appointment only and at our discretion. If you would like to collect your order in person, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and arrange a collection slot.

Unannounced visits or attempts to collect orders without prior agreement will not be accommodated.
