Shipping & Collection Policy
We do our best to keep all items in stock; however, some products may occasionally need to be ordered in. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order.
Deliveries are handled via trusted couriers including FedEx, DPD, APC, Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri, or other services depending on the size, weight, and destination. Delivery typically occurs within 5 working days after dispatch, but this may vary depending on the courier.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, product type, and packaging requirements of your order. In some cases, charges may also include the cost of documentation or special handling.
Tracking Your Order
Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this information to follow the status of your delivery via the relevant courier's website. If you have not received tracking details within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact us at enquiries@agriserviceparts.co.uk.
Click & Collect – By Appointment Only
We do not operate a trade counter. Collections are offered strictly by appointment only and at our discretion. If you would like to collect your order in person, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and arrange a collection slot.
Unannounced visits or attempts to collect orders without prior agreement will not be accommodated.
